My husband just loves a baked cheesecake. I don't know why I don't make them more often, they're really not much more difficult than the no bake variety, just takes a bit more time!

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces commercial sour cream, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make baked cheesecake

Step 1Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp sugar, press evenly into bottom of a greased 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Step 2With an electric mixer, beat together, cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup sugar, eggs, butter, cornstarch and vanilla until smooth; pour misture into a prepared springform pan.

Step 3Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tooth pick inserted into the top comes out clean. Refrigerate overnight before cutting
