Ingredients

2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup apple sauce
3 - eggs
2 jars plum baby food
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
FOR THE GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice, or as needed

How To Make baby it's plum cold outside bundt cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a Bundt pan.

Step 2

Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs. Slowly add alternately the flour mix and the plum baby food.
Step 4

Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350°F for about 1 hour.
Step 5

Mix the powdered sugar & OJ till it's the consistency you prefer. You can just use powdered sugar.
