autumn apple cake
I've had this recipe for more than 20 years, and still remember my husband devouring it the first time I made it for him! It's a fall favorite in our home, so moist and so delicious! You can sprinkle powdered sugar over it, to look pretty, but it's perfect as is!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups corn oil
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins
How To Make autumn apple cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour, or spray with baking spray, a Bundt pan. Mix thoroughly the corn oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Step 2Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the liquid mixture to this, and mix til combined.

Step 3Combine apples, nuts, raisins and fold into batter. It will be very thick and dense! Pour into prepared pan, bake one hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
