1At medium speed, beat together the cake mix, eggs, apricot nectar, and margarine for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
2In a small mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread evenly on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. Let cool in pan for 1-1/2 hours, then turn over on cake plate. The cream cheese mixture sinks to the bottom of the pan while baking and forms a custard-like icing for the cake.
