How to Make Apricot Nectar Cake
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl on medium speed (except lemon juice and confectioner's sugar).
- Pour mixture in a well greased tube pan or bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour
Mix sugar and lemon juice together, stir until dissolved.
Pour over cake as you take it out of oven. Let stand 10 minutes in the pan, then remove cake and allow to cool.
