Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cups cup milk
- 1 - 1 egg
- 60 grams 60 grams butter
- 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 2 - 2 apples
- - cinnamon and sugar for top

How To Make apple tea cake

Step 1Step 1 Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat well, add flour and milk gradually blending all carefully. Peel and slice apple thinly.

Step 2Step 2 Place mixture into a cake tin then arrange apples on top. Cook for about 40 mins or until skewer comes out clean in a 180c degrees oven. Remove from tin while hot butter the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.I use Demerara sugar
