Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large firm apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup hot apple cider
How To Make apple pudding cake

Step 1Mix 3/4 cup brown sugar,and rest of dry ingredients; place in 9" baking pan, lightly greased.

Step 2Stir together milk, oil and vanilla . Add & mix together with the dry ingredients in pan until blendeds.

Step 3Stir in apple. Sprinkle with rest of the brown sugar.

Step 4Pour hot cider slowly over batter. Do not stir !

Step 5Bake in oven heated to 350 degrees 30-35 minutes until cake layer forms on top.. Cool slightly before serving.
