Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
How To Make apple butterscotch cake

Step 1Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Beat on high speed of an electric mixer until blended. Beat in flour mixture. Fold in chopped walnuts.

Step 3Pour 1/3 rd of batter into a greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan.

Step 4Mix together chopped apples and butterscotch chips and sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over batter in pan. Repeat layers, ending with batter.

Step 5Bake in 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.

Step 6Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
