I'm not sure the true name of this cake, but it's one that my mom always made, and everyone seems to enjoy when I make. It's super simple, and very delicious!

Ingredients For apple butter stack cake

  • 1 box
    graham crackers
  • 1 bottle
    apple butter
  • 1
    cool whip

How To Make apple butter stack cake

  • 1
    Spread a thin layer of apple butter on two rectangle size graham crackers. Lay them on a plate/platter. Place two more graham crackers on top, and spread apple butter on the new layer. Continue until you have reached the desired height. Generally one box of crackers.

    Cover entire "cake" with the cool whip.

    Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

    Cut a thin slice and enjoy. (Keep refrigerated)
