Ingredients

2-21 oz
cans apple pie or peach pie filling
1 -14 oz pkg
frozen or fresh blueberries
1 pkg
white cake mix
1/2 c
(1 stick) butter or margarine, melted

How to Make APPLE-BLUEBERRY CRUNCH CAKE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
    Spread pie filling on bottom of a lightly greased 9"x13" pan.
  • 2Spread blueberries over pie filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over fruit and drizzle with melted butter.
  • 3Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping if desired.
