Ingredients

2 cans flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks oleo
1/2 cup water
2 - eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon soda

How To Make allen's favorite chocolate sheet cake

Step 1

Bring oleo, water and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat.

Step 2

In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar and salt.
Step 3

Pour oleo mixture into the bowl of combined flour, sugar and salt and mix together well.
Step 4

In separate bowl mix together eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla; then add to batter.
Step 5

Grease and flour a 13x9 pan, add batter to pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. ** Add Icing from Allen's Favorite Chocolate Cake recipe
