Ingredients
- 3 cups cake flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs at room temperature
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 cup 7-up at room temperature
How To Make 7-up cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 2Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

Step 3Melt butter

Step 4Mix extracts, eggs, butter and 7-up in a bowl on high until well mixed.

Step 5Pour wet ingredients with dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until smooth...about 3 minutes

Step 6Prep cake pan with butter & flour or Baker's Joy

Step 7Pour cake batter into cake pan

Step 8Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
