This is a recipe my mother made for the family every Christmas.......now I make them and my daughter also makes them for her family. They are delicious and when we share them the recipe is always requested.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups regular unsifted flour
- 1 1/4 cups suger
- 1 package 8oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup butter..room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 bottle apricot preserves (large)
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make yummy jam crescents

Step 1Mix flour, suger and salt. Cut in cream cheese and butter. Stir in sour cream with fork till pastry hold together. Form into ball, refergeraste one hour.Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Divide dough into quarters...keep rest in frig. Roll out on flouted surface till 1/4" thickness. Cut into 3" rounds. Fill with preserves, fold over and pinch edge with fork. Prick tops with small fork. Bake 20min in preheated oven
