This recipe is a modification from my original recipe in the attempt to make them a little healthier. They turned out great and will make them this way from now on unless I am making them for my aunt who probably prefers them the traditional way.
Scoop ice cream scoopfuls onto cookie sheets or form into rings (which is the traditional way)
Dip the top into sesame seeds
Place onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350’ until barely golden on bottom, do not over bake
