whole wheat graham crackers or cookies
I found this on one of my favorite sites called Heavenly Homemakers. I doubled this recipe and made half into crackers & half into cookies. My kids loved these with a tall glass of milk.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour, (i used freshly ground hard white)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make whole wheat graham crackers or cookies

Step 1Combine wet ingredients.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients.

Step 3Combine both mixtures.

Step 4Roll into tablespoon size balls & place on a greased cookie sheet about 2" apart.

Step 5Flatten each one slightly with the bottom of a glass.

Step 6Bake at 350' for 12-15 minutes.

Step 7Turn off the oven & leave the cookies in it for between 30-60 minutes to crisp up.

Step 8For graham crackers:

Step 9Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper that has been greased.

Step 10Place half of dough on it & top with a piece of parchment paper.

Step 11Roll dough to spread to edges of cookie sheet.

Step 12Remove top piece of parchment paper & using a pizza roller cut the dough into 4" squares.

Step 13If desired, use a fork to make holes in crackers.

Step 14Bake as directed.
