Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 - eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- white chocolate chips

How To Make white chocolate snickerdoodles

Step 1

mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt together. set aside.

Step 2

cream together sugar and butter. add eggs and blend well.
Step 3

add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. add chips (use as many as you think are good, but i do about half a bag).
Step 4

shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Step 5

place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. bake for 8-10 minutes at 350.
