Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 sticks butter, (i use land o lakes butter with olive oil and sea salt)
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 package white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 5 cups shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
How To Make white chocolate pecan coconut macaroons

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Cream together your sugars, coconut milk and butter

Step 3Add baking soda, sea salt while mixing

Step 4Slowly add in flour until incorporated. If batter gets too runny, just add a little more flour

Step 5Add 3 cups of the coconut, the white chocolate chips and pecans

Step 6form into balls and roll each ball in the rest of the coconut

Step 7Bake at 350 degree oven for ten minutes
