2 c
all purpose flour
1 1/4 stick
butter, (i use land o lakes butter with olive oil and sea salt)
1 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
white sugar
1 1/2 c
chopped pecans
1 pkg
white chocolate chips
1 tsp
baking soda
1 pinch
sea salt
5 c
shredded coconut
2 Tbsp
coconut milk

How to Make White Chocolate Pecan Coconut Macaroons


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Cream together your sugars, coconut milk and butter
  • 3Add baking soda, sea salt while mixing
  • 4Slowly add in flour until incorporated. If batter gets too runny, just add a little more flour
  • 5Add 3 cups of the coconut, the white chocolate chips and pecans
  • 6form into balls and roll each ball in the rest of the coconut
  • 7Bake at 350 degree oven for ten minutes
