  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 stick
    butter, (i use land o lakes butter with olive oil and sea salt)
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt
  • 5 c
    shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut milk

How to Make White Chocolate Pecan Coconut Macaroons


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cream together your sugars, coconut milk and butter
  3. Add baking soda, sea salt while mixing
  4. Slowly add in flour until incorporated. If batter gets too runny, just add a little more flour
  5. Add 3 cups of the coconut, the white chocolate chips and pecans
  6. form into balls and roll each ball in the rest of the coconut
  7. Bake at 350 degree oven for ten minutes
