These little jewels are amazingly rich and chewy and a big hit at my house!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 sticks butter, (i use land o lakes butter with olive oil and sea salt)
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 package white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 5 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk

How To Make white chocolate pecan coconut macaroons

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Cream together your sugars, coconut milk and butter
  • Step 3
    Add baking soda, sea salt while mixing
  • Step 4
    Slowly add in flour until incorporated. If batter gets too runny, just add a little more flour
  • Step 5
    Add 3 cups of the coconut, the white chocolate chips and pecans
  • Step 6
    form into balls and roll each ball in the rest of the coconut
  • Step 7
    Bake at 350 degree oven for ten minutes
