This cookies my Husband loves! they remind him of Hawaii, thinking of a tropical paradise should be enough to put anyone in a good mood!but tasting these cookies will put a :)on your face!!!

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup organic cane sugar
- 2 large organic brown eggs
- 1 teaspoon kahlua
- 2 cups white lily ap flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup toasted macadamia nuts
- 3/4 cup toasted sweetened grated coconut
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chip or morsels
How To Make white chocolate-macadamia nut cookie

Step 1preheat oven to 375 degreeF. Place butter, light brown sugar and cane sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. beat until fluffy. then add kahlua and eggs, one at a time mix well.

Step 2in a bowl mix flour salt, baking powder, add to the wet mixture and beat at med speed, making sure you scrape sides of bowl.add the macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, and white chocolate chips and mix for 15 seconds

Step 3get out your cookie sheet line with parcment paper, using a 4oz ice cream scoop drop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet , about 2 inches apart. gently press down on the dough . Bake for about 15 min,or light brown around edges.

Step 4let cool on cookie sheets for about 1 minute then transfer to cooling rack. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
