white chocolate macadamia cookies
1 cbutter, softened
3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbspvanilla extract
3 1/2 cflour
1 tspbaking soda
1 cmacadamia nuts, chopped
12 ozwhite chocolate chips
How to Make white chocolate macadamia cookies
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream together the butter and sugars. Add in eggs, vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
- Add in flour, chips and nuts. Blend well, roll into 2 inch balls. Place on parchment lined sheet pan.
- Slightly flatten each ball with your palm. Bake for 9-12 minutes
