Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

How To Make white chocolate macadamia cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Cream together the butter and sugars. Add in eggs, vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add in flour, chips and nuts. Blend well, roll into 2 inch balls. Place on parchment lined sheet pan.
  • Step 4
    Slightly flatten each ball with your palm. Bake for 9-12 minutes
