  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
  • 2
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 12 oz
    white chocolate chips

How to Make white chocolate macadamia cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugars. Add in eggs, vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add in flour, chips and nuts. Blend well, roll into 2 inch balls. Place on parchment lined sheet pan.
  4. Slightly flatten each ball with your palm. Bake for 9-12 minutes
