- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
How To Make white chocolate macadamia cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cream together the butter and sugars. Add in eggs, vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix until smooth.

Step 3Add in flour, chips and nuts. Blend well, roll into 2 inch balls. Place on parchment lined sheet pan.

Step 4Slightly flatten each ball with your palm. Bake for 9-12 minutes
