Sweet, nutty and delicate, these yummy white chocolate bars are made even more special by the addition of brown sugar meringue... So good!

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup softened butter - not melted
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups chopped macadamia nuts
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 cup light brown sugar
How To Make white chocolate macadamia bars

Step 1Crust: mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Press firmly into a ungreased 13X9 pan and bake at 375° for 14 minutes or until golden. Remove from heat.

Step 2Topping: sprinkle morsels and 1 cup nuts over the hot crust.

Step 3Beat egg whites with mixer until frothy. Gradually add brown sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue over morsels and nuts. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool.
