How To Make white chocolate chocolate chip cookies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-
Step 2Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfulls onto foil lined cookie sheet.
-
Step 3Bake for 10 minutes. Do not go over 12 minutes. Cookies will look like they are slightly undercooked, but that's how they should look. The cookies will not brown on top, but when you take them out and let them cool on the pan they will still cook on the inside just for a bit. Store in an airtight container to keep them moist and chewy.
