white chocolate cherry chunkies
these are my favorite cookies . it's a PAULA DEEN'S recipe . i been making these cookies for years. everybody in my family loves them ... sooo yummy

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup candied cherries
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 cup granulated sugar
How To Make white chocolate cherry chunkies

Step 1preheat oven to 375 degrees . in a medium bowl, with electric mixer cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy .add eggs , vanilla and beat until combined.set aside

Step 2sift together , flour, soda and salt .add milk to the butter mixture and then add flour mixture .mix until just combined . batter should be stiff.

Step 3in another bowl, combine chopped cherries, chocolate and nuts.then add to batter, stirring only to blend. drop by heaping tablespoons full unto greased baking sheet.2 inches apart. bake approximatelly 11 to 13 minutes . cool on wire rack .. delicious !!!
