  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    butter at room temp
  • 1
    large egg
  • 1
    package white chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 2 c
    whole fresh cranberries, finely chopped in a food processor

How to Make White Chocolate and Fresh Cranberry Cookies


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. Cream butter and sugars together, then beat in the egg and orange peel. Gradually add dry ingredients until blended.
  4. Stir in chips and cranberries. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden. Cool on wire racks.
  5. Makes approximately 5 dozen.
