Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup butter at room temp
- 1 - large egg
- 1 - package white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 2 cups whole fresh cranberries, finely chopped in a food processor
How To Make white chocolate and fresh cranberry cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.

Step 3Cream butter and sugars together, then beat in the egg and orange peel. Gradually add dry ingredients until blended.

Step 4Stir in chips and cranberries. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden. Cool on wire racks.

Step 5Makes approximately 5 dozen.
