these cookies are so melt in your mouth my hole family just loves them a great christmas favorite in my house

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/12 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut, flaked
1/4 cup maraschino cherries

How To Make whipped shortbread cookies

Step 1

sift dry ingredients over butter whip at low until blended.

Step 2

then on high speed until mixture is like whipped cream.
Step 3

take a teaspoonful put into coconut and roll into ball
Step 4

place on cookie sheet slightly press with fork put half a maraschino cherrie in the center and bake
