Ingredients

  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    flour
  • ·
    dash of salt

How to Make Waffle Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. large bowl melted butter, add one egg at a time mixing,mix in vanilla,mix in sugar until well combined,gradually mix in flour&salt.
  2. cover and chill for 2 hours.
  3. preheat waffle iron.. drop from a small cookie scoop or a rounded teaspoon in center of each waffle grid close lid ..bake on medium for about 3 minutes..or untill golden brown..
  4. sprinkle with powder sugar..
