Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, melted
2 - eggs
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup flour
- dash of salt

How To Make waffle cookies

Step 1

large bowl melted butter, add one egg at a time mixing,mix in vanilla,mix in sugar until well combined,gradually mix in flour&salt.

Step 2

cover and chill for 2 hours.
Step 3

preheat waffle iron.. drop from a small cookie scoop or a rounded teaspoon in center of each waffle grid close lid ..bake on medium for about 3 minutes..or untill golden brown..
Step 4

sprinkle with powder sugar..
