  • 2 stick
    parkay margarine (i use butter!)
  • 1 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    distilled vinegar
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Vinegar Cookies


  1. Beat together butter and sugar. Every time the recipe says to beat, REALLY beat!
  2. Sift together flour, soda, and salt; and add to the butter mixture.
  3. Add vinegar and vanilla. Beat!
  4. Add chopped pecans.
  5. Drop by teaspoons on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
