1/2 mediumzest from one orange

How to Make Vegan Fig Butter Bars
- In a small bowl mix the flaxmeal with the water and set aside.
- Once the dough is ready, preheat the oven to 350. Roll out one dough into a large rectangle. Cut dough into four rectangles, width-wise. Spoon out the fig butter onto each piece, spreading it down the center. Make sure you don’t overdo it or it will seep out of the sides. Fold right and left sides toward the middle so that they barely overlap each other. Fold the bottom and top edges of the rectangle in and pinch together. Repeat with other pieces of dough. Slice into about 1-inch pieces. Place on a pre-greased baking sheet.
