  • 1 1/4 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/3 c
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 box
    instant vanilla pudding, small box
  • 2
  • 3 1/2 c
    oats, regular

How to Make Vanilla Oatmeal Pudding Cookies


  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a small bowl, mix flour and baking soda. In larger bowl, combine butter, sugars and pudding. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of mixed dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.
