How To Make twisted chocolate chip cookies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt - set aside.
-
Step 2Cream together softened butter, vanilla, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until creamy. Gradually stir in flour mixture and mix until blended.
-
Step 3Fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and crushed walnuts. (Quick tip for crushing walnuts: measure out whole walnuts, place in zip lock bag & seal, releasing air and use mallet/hammer to crush.)
-
Step 4Use melon baller (your choice on size) or rounded teaspoon to drop on ungreased cookie sheet 1 1/2" to 2" apart. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Let cookies sit for a few minutes and then with a thin spatula, move to wire rack to cool. Enjoy!
