Ingredients For triple chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2/3 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 c
    milk chocolate chips

How To Make triple chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon baking mat.

    Mash the butter, white sugar and brown sugar together in a large mixing bowl with a spatula until creamy and smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla; stir vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds or until the egg is well incorporated.

    Whisk the flour, salt and baking soda together in a small bowl; dump into the butter mixture and mix just until combined. Fold the three types of chocolate chips into the batter. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet using a small scoop or large spoon (I used a soup spoon).

    Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes; remove from oven and allow to cool on the sheet for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling completely.
