Ingredients
- 1.75 cups unsifted flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make touchdown chocolate bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Combine flour, sugar and cocoa, cut in margarine until crumbly.

Step 3Add egg; mix until well blended.

Step 4Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture.

Step 5Press remainder evenly on bottom of greased 13x9\" baking pan.

Step 6Bake 10 minutes.

Step 7In saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup chocolate chips.

Step 8Over low heat, cook and stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth.

Step 9Spread evenly over prepared crust.

Step 10Add nuts and remaining 1 cup chocolate chips to reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle evenly over top.

Step 11Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set.

Step 12Cool.

Step 13Cut into bars.

Step 14Store covered at room temperature.
