How to Make Toasted Coconut Cherry Snowballs
- Cream butter, sugar, egg and salt. Beat until fluffy.
Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp coconut flavourings, mix well.

- Slowly mix in the 2 cups of flour. Add 1/2 C coconut and 1/3 C chopped glazed cherries and mix.
- Scoop and roll small balls in coconut and place on ungreased cooking sheet. Bake in convection oven at 350 F for 17 - 20 minutes watching the coconut until it is just lightly toasted.
