because 0f the simplicity of this recipe. I used it to teach my three children to cook and count. Now my four grandchildren (ages 5-2) are starting their cooking and counting with the same recipe.....

Ingredients

1 cup peanutbutter, creamy or crunchy
1 cup sugar
1 - egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make the world's easiest peanutbutter cookies

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. to make this easier to handle, chill for at least an hour.

Step 2

roll into 11/2 inch balls and flatten with the tinges of a fork dipped in water. Bake @ 350 for about 8 minutes.
