The Ultimate Chocolate Mint Cookie
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This is Christmas in a cookie! Mint and chocolate is such a great combination and these little seasonal Andes baking chips are just wonderful in this cookie. It's a simple cookie that takes no time to whip up. These will be great on a cookie tray, included in a cookie exchange, or even for the kids to put out for Santa. But grab some milk to wash it down.
Note: Watch your baking time. For our oven, we cut a few minutes off the cookies and they were perfect. The Test Kitchen

How to Make The Ultimate Chocolate Mint Cookie
- 5Note: If you cannot find the Andes Brand of chocolate morsels, use crushed peppermint candies. It also needs to be said this is a wonderful cookie recipe if you want to make a variety. Just use whatever flavor of cake mix you like and add whatever you want to it... chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts, raisins, etc. But I think you will find the chocolate cake mix and the Andes morsels produce an exciting and rich flavor!
