These are my husbands favorite treat.They are so easy to make, he never feels guilty asking me to make a batch.

yield Makes 2 doz. cookies

Ingredients

2 cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 cups Packed Brown Sugar
2 large Eggs
2 tablespoons Granulateed sugar

How To Make the easiest peanut butter cookies... ever!

Step 1

Preheat over to 350

Step 2

Combine first three ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Step 3

Scoop by rounded teaspoons full onto cookie sheet.
Step 4

Use fork dipped in remaining suger to form criss-cross pattern on the top of cookies.
Step 5

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until cookies are lightly browned.
