whole wheat flour
white chocolate chips
dried sweetened cranberries
How To Make the best white chocolate chip-cranberry cookies
Heat oven to 375. Place parchment paper over 2 cookie sheets. In bowl, blend together butter and splenda until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
In another bowl, stir together oats, flours,baking soda and salt. Add oat mix to butter mix, stir until well blended.
Mix in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by tbsp onto cookie sheet 2" apart. bake 8-10 min, or until light golden brown.
