The best white chocolate chip-cranberry cookies

1/3 cgranulated splenda

1-1/2 crolled, old fashioned oats

1 cflour

1/4 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 tspsalt

2/3 cwhite chocolate chips

3/4 cdried sweetened cranberries
How to Make The best white chocolate chip-cranberry cookies
- Heat oven to 375. Place parchment paper over 2 cookie sheets. In bowl, blend together butter and splenda until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, stir together oats, flours,baking soda and salt. Add oat mix to butter mix, stir until well blended.
- Mix in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by tbsp onto cookie sheet 2" apart. bake 8-10 min, or until light golden brown.
