Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/3 cup granulated splenda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup rolled, old fashioned oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
How To Make the best white chocolate chip-cranberry cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Place parchment paper over 2 cookie sheets. In bowl, blend together butter and splenda until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

Step 2In another bowl, stir together oats, flours,baking soda and salt. Add oat mix to butter mix, stir until well blended.

Step 3Mix in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by tbsp onto cookie sheet 2" apart. bake 8-10 min, or until light golden brown.
