The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Laura Oravez

The most moist and chewy cookie you'll ever enjoy! Been fulfilling requests for these for 30 years...they go fast! I usually make a quadruple batch, as they freeze great too...if there's any left to freeze!

How to Make The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies!

  1. Mix flour and baking soda together, set aside.
  2. Combine very softened butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat eggs till fluffy, then add to butter mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until well blended. Stir in Chocolate Chips. Add chopped walnuts, if desired. (I always make a quadruple batch, so it helps if you have someone that can help stir it all in!) Batter will be stiff!
  5. Preheat oven to 375
Drop by somewhat rounded teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet
Bake @ 10 mins, or until bottoms are slightly brown.
Cool on cooling racks, then store covered. (*HINT* To keep cookies moist, add a piece of bread to cookie container.)
These freeze very good also! YUM!!
