Ingredients

2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 cbutter, softened

1/4 csugar
-
3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 pkg4-serving instant vanilla pudding
-
2eggs
-
1 pkg12-ounce chocolate chips
-
1 cwalnuts, chopped-optional
How to Make The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies!
- Mix flour and baking soda together, set aside.
- Combine very softened butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Beat eggs till fluffy, then add to butter mixture.
- Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until well blended. Stir in Chocolate Chips. Add chopped walnuts, if desired. (I always make a quadruple batch, so it helps if you have someone that can help stir it all in!) Batter will be stiff!
- Preheat oven to 375
Drop by somewhat rounded teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet
Bake @ 10 mins, or until bottoms are slightly brown.
Cool on cooling racks, then store covered. (*HINT* To keep cookies moist, add a piece of bread to cookie container.)
These freeze very good also! YUM!!
