Ingredients For terry's mexican wedding cakes

  • 2 c unsalted butter,softened
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 4 c all purpose flour
  • 1 c minced almonds

How To Make terry's mexican wedding cakes

  • 1
    Cream butter,add sugar,vanilla and egg. Stir in salt and flour,combine well. Add almonds. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes just until light brown. Roll in powdered sugar,cool on rack. Roll in powdered sugar and place in an airtight container.
