Ingredients
- 1 package 12 oz. vanilla wafers
- 1/2 pound ground almonds
- 4 ounces white chocolate
- 1/4 cup tequila, for me i will use patron
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- - sugar for rolling and coating the balls
How To Make tequila balls

Step 1Crush the vanilla wafers into crumbs along with the ground almonds.

Step 2Melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the package.

Step 3In a blender, process tequila, orange marmalade and light corn syrup until smooth.

Step 4Stir in the melted white chocolate and into crumb mixture.

Step 5Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar.

Step 6Store in the refrigerator. The tequila balls taste better after a day or so.
