How to Make TEQUILA BALLS
- Crush the vanilla wafers into crumbs along with the ground almonds.
- Melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the package.
- In a blender, process tequila, orange marmalade and light corn syrup until smooth.
- Stir in the melted white chocolate and into crumb mixture.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar.
- Store in the refrigerator. The tequila balls taste better after a day or so.
