How to Make TEQUILA BALLS
- 1Crush the vanilla wafers into crumbs along with the ground almonds.
- 2Melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the package.
- 3In a blender, process tequila, orange marmalade and light corn syrup until smooth.
- 4Stir in the melted white chocolate and into crumb mixture.
- 5Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar.
- 6Store in the refrigerator. The tequila balls taste better after a day or so.
