How to Make Tena's No Bake Bars
- In a microwave proof mixing bowl combine the first four ingredients. Cook 2 minutes and take out of microwave and stir. Cook 2 more minutes and take out and stir. Once mixture starts to boil let boil for 1 minute. Take out add vanilla and peanut butter and stir. Then add oatmeal and stir. Now you can either drop on waxed paper to make cookies or pour in a buttered 9 x 13 pan to make bars. I have even used the 9" square pan. My family likes them thicker, just takes a little more time to set up.
