5 cchocolate cake rumbs

1/2 cchopped raisins or currants
-
2 Tbspcocoa powder
-
3 1/2 Tbspwarmed & sieved apricot jam
-
1 Tbspdark rum
-
·enough chocolate sprinkles for 15 rum balls
How to Make Tea-Time Truffles/Rum Balls
- Mix 1st 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add jam, rum & mix them well to form a stiff paste. - Form into balls & roll immediately in the sprinkles & set aside in refrigerator or serve immediately.
