I love Tea Cakes & the simplicity of such a delicious cookie. There are many recipes out there for Tea Cakes, Here's one I ran across this morning. Originally called "Mama Reeds Southern Tea Cakes"- From SouthernPlate.com I haven't tried these yet, but certainly look like one that will be well worth it.
