Another of those Longaberger recipes from my days as a consultant. I remember making potato chip cookies up at the lake, this is a different version.

Ingredients For tami's potato chip cookies

  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    crushed potato chips
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch chips

How To Make tami's potato chip cookies

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 10-15 min.
