Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
Just a note: These freeze really well.
- 1 box
- duncan hines swiss chocolate cake mix
- 4 oz
- softened cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp
- softened margarine or butter
- 1 large
- 1/4 tsp
- almond extract
- 1 c
- white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c
- chopped pecans
How to Make Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
- 1Heat oven to 375.
Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Add in the egg and almond extract then beat a little by hand or with a mixer on low.
- 2Combine the mixture with the cake mix by hand or with a mixer until just blended and there are no more dry cake mix clumps visible.
- 3Sir in by hand the white chocolate chips and pecans.
