Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter (i use jiff)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package heart shaped chocolates

How To Make sweet “heart” peanut blossoms

Step 1

In food processor or large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Add the egg and vanilla and blend well.
Step 3

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well blended. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes at 375*. Remove from oven and place chocolate hearts in center of each cookie, gently pressing into each cookie. Return to oven and bake 2 minutes longer. Cool on wire rack. 4 points per cookie
