Ingredients

2 cups margarine
2 cups sugar
2 egg
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 teaspoons baking soda

How To Make sweet & easy sugar cookies

Step 1

Grease baking sheet with margarine

Step 2

Cream margarine and sugar
Step 3

Add eggs, beat till light and fluffy
Step 4

Add baking soda and cream ot tartar
Step 5

Sift in 2 cup of flour blend then add the rest of the flour and mix
Step 6

Shape in 1 inch ball Place 2 inch apart on baking sheet
Step 7

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until edge is lightly brown Cool on rack Make 6 dozen
