Ingredients
- 11/4 cups . unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 2 boxes chocolate raisinets
How To Make surprise oatmeal cookies

Step 1In a medium bowl,combine your butter and your sugars and beat till light and fluffy.Add your egg and vanilla extract, and beat well.

Step 2Add your flour,baking soda,cinnamon,nutmeg and your salt.Mix well

Step 3Add in your 3 cups of oatmeal,mix well

Step 4Add in your 2 boxes of chocolate raisinets and mix well

Step 5Drop by Tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet at about 2inches apart at 375 degr.for 10-12 mins

Step 6Cool on a wire rack
