Saw this on Food Network on Paula's Best Dishes. She made them and it was so easy, Paula said you could add anything just about to them.

- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough (roll)
- 1 package thin chocolate covered cookie
How To Make suprise cookies

Step 1Cut cookie dough into thin slices, place on cookie sheet, place a chocolate cookie on each one, then place another cookie dough on top and press down around the edges. Bake as directed

Step 2Try anything you want in the center, for example, rolos, hershey kisses, mini candy bars, mini reeces, chocolate covered cherries, york peppermint patties, just about what ever you want
