I got this recipe from one of my Senior Living Residents that I took care of..I could not believe this that this cookie had no FLOUR in it and it still made a Great Cookie. Enjoy

- 1 large egg
- 1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make super easy peanut butter cookies

Step 1In a large bowl , Mix all ingredients together until smooth. On a cookie sheet lightly spray it with buttery pam, then take a teaspoon and place it on the sheet you should have 8 teaspoonfuls..Bake at 350* for 10 mins....Repeat process.... (THERE IS NO FLOUR IN THIS RECIPE )..
