Ingredients

1/4 cup butter soften
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
FILLING
1 - egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon confectioners' sugar

How To Make sunny lemmy bars

Step 1

In a small bowl cream together sugar and butter

Step 2

beat in flour slowy and gradually
Step 3

Press lightly into 8x4x2 pan - loaf pan
Step 4

Bake at 325 14-16 mins or til set and lightly brown
Step 5

For filling: Beat egg, sugar, flour, lemon juice,and baking soda until frothy
Step 6

Pour over crust
Step 7

Bake 18-22 mins, lightly brown
Step 8

Cool completely on a wire rack
Step 9
